Content Policy
Kyncept is a tool for creating videos, images, music and 3D models. This policy applies to everything you create, upload or publish with Kyncept — prompts, reference photos, faces used for face swap, and the results. By using Kyncept you agree to follow it.
What is not allowed
- Sexual content and nudity. Pornographic or sexually explicit material, nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, and sexually suggestive imagery of any kind — whether requested by text prompt, by uploading a photo, or by editing or animating an image.
- Any sexualization of minors. Any content that sexualizes, or depicts in a sexual or suggestive context, anyone who is or appears to be under 18. This includes fictional, animated and AI-generated depictions. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery. “Undressing”, “nudifying” or otherwise sexualizing a real person, and any intimate or sexual imagery of a real person who has not consented to it.
- Deepfakes of real people without consent. Face swaps, likenesses or voice content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, and any synthetic media intended to deceive, defame, harass, impersonate or defraud — including fake endorsements and political disinformation.
- Other illegal or harmful content. Content that is illegal where you or the depicted people are located; graphic violence or gore; content promoting terrorism, self-harm or hatred against protected groups; harassment; and content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
Face swap and real people
Only use faces and photos you have the right to use — your own, or those of people who have given you their consent. Face swap is for creative, clearly fictional or personal use; it may never be used to place a real person into sexual, intimate, humiliating or deceptive content.
How we enforce it
- Automated screening before generation. Every prompt and every uploaded or referenced image is checked by an automated content-safety system before any generation starts, on every model. Requests that violate this policy are refused and you are not charged.
- No unfiltered modes. Kyncept offers no setting, model or plan that switches these protections off.
- Records and review. Refused requests are logged and may be reviewed by our team.
- Account termination. Attempts to create prohibited content, or to get around our safeguards, lead to suspension or permanent termination of the account without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Reporting
If you see content made with Kyncept that breaks this policy, or you believe your likeness has been used without your consent, email [email protected]. We review every report and remove violating content.
